The Cotswold Food Partnership Bakery Group combines decades of experience in creating, manufacturing and marketing artisan bakery confectionery for our customers.

The group comprises three manufacturing sites employing over 300 colleagues, together with The Cotswold Food Partnership which provides the sales and marketing function for the group. We are proud to supply the UK and Republic of Ireland with artisan frozen, chilled and ambient cakes. We deliver nationally every day to our key customers.

The Cotswold Food Partnership was founded in 2006 as a sales & marketing company researching the latest trends in bakery and developing new in-store bakery products for the multiple retailers and food-service.

We are a high quality artisan bakery which supplies organic and non-organic cakes to the UK consumer.

Sparks confectioners is steeped in craft bakery manufacturing. Starting in 1913 with one retail shop in Bradford, Sparks Confectioners is one of the largest employers in the Metropolitan Borough of Bradford.
